If you’re signed up to receive their daily emails, as we have been for at least three years, you get an email from them every day with one or two “How tos” in them like this.
When we get them, we just put them into a Mail Mailbox, so we would now have over a thousand of them! – so how would we ever find one of their emails that provided an answer to a question that had come up that worked for us, without help from them or someone else? They have an ordinary email address – email@example.com – but, in our experience, letters using it aren’t even acknowledged.
